Carmen is a strong, educated woman with a vision for Renton’s future that aligns with and prioritizes its beautifully diverse community.

Erin Stroppa,
Real Estate Broker, Community Member
Renton is in desperate need of BIPOC voices in our City Council to better reflect the values and diversity in our community. I believe Carmen Rivera would be a great addition to our city council.
Jake Emerson Heare
Carmen Rivera has the bold, equity rooted leadership that Renton needs to prioritize the needs of community members who need local government to work for them. Vote Rivera for Renton!
Briana Kathleen Brannan
Carmen challenges me to more firmly believe that there are still good people with better ideas and even greater character putting themselves out there to run for office. Not for prestige, not for personal gain, but for the other queer femmes of color and marginalized individuals who deserve to see themselves on ballots every election and on their council every meeting. For every progressive who wants that word to actually mean anything again. I don’t live in Renton. I do, however, maintain that the success of candidates like Carmen is critical because representation and righteousness don’t live in specific zip codes. Vote for Carmen Rivera.
